hi, I have a 6 digit meter (and unfortunately) have hit over 100,000 kwh on it. The website and the android app only allow me to enter 5 digits. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm a new scottish power customer, and it's the first website where I couldn't put in all 6 digits. Any help or advice would be really appreciated.
Hi @ellanda60, there seems to have been an error within your account set up which has caused 5 digits to appear as opposed to 6. This is not something we would be able to help you rectify on the Community, this is something our customer service team can help fix for you.
