I have a PAYG SMART meter and my app is showing a difference balance. Is this normal?
It is getting qute confusing as when I check my balance on the app it is completely different to the balance that is on the meter. Is there any way to rectify this? Otherwise, what is the point in having the app!

@KazG The app has been having data problems recently, the true information is on the meter itself. SP are working to fix this.

It was driving me nuts! Lets hope SP get this sorted, otheriwse it's pointless having a "SMART" meter that doesn't sync with the app.
