Balance on Account Question
Hello
Just a simple question that I hope somebody can answer.
My account shows that I have a
+ 201.96 Balance
Does that mean that that balance is owed to me or I am I in debt as such?
Thanks for any help.

Does the account balance +[amount] mean in credit or owe? Starting to worry!

this may sound silly, but when you view your account balance, if it has a minus sign before the total, does that mean i owe you or is my account in credit. which way round is it ??

@romsey2 Your account shows you how much money you have with SP, a negative number means you owe them that much money, a positive number means that much money can be used to pay your next bill.

I topped my meter up but the funds haven't appeared on my meter and I'm nearly out of electricity
