Hi I have recently signed a tenancy for my new home on the 4th of Jan, I haven't moved in yet, I was asked a couple of day ago to submit a gas meter reading for the first time so I did, and now my account is
- £197 this surly isn't right that's just gas

Pre payment meter currently has 210 credit but my actual balance is on 8? What does this mean?

@Hay-robo85 People often ask this, I don't know what it means. You should ask customer services and post on here if you find out.. I think the high amount you can see is not your credit, maybe it's a screen showing the total amount paid in ??
