Blank prepayment display

Hi all. Following yesterday's storm, my electricity meter seems to have developed a fault. The display is back-lit, but not displaying any information. We had multiple power cuts yesterday, so I'm suspecting thats the cause of the issue. I'm guessing I may need to get in contact with SP?

I have still no power and spoke to 105 as we had a power cut today they sent someone out and the meter itself isn't displaying anything only the light

Mine is blank to but backlights on iv been trying to get it sorted for almost 2 years now thay dont want to no and the thickos still keep telling me to send a meter reading after at least 100 phone calls promised call backs emails carrier pigeons and the local icecream man I give up ⁴
