I can't seem to find my boiler care information on either the web account or my app account.
I know I have one as SP take £15p/m from my bank account I just can't seem to find it.

It looks like you have to contact Domestic & General rather than SP, you gave your account number but we cannot help you, we are not SP on this forum.
