We've had Scottish Power for our electricity for some time now. Recently I phoned to have our gas supply activated. However, I kept getting cut off before anything was resolved, and also kept being passed to the wrong departments. Now I can't login to my account. When I try, I keep getting logged out or taken to a forbidden page message. We need our gas and electricity accounts to be merged into one, but the runaround we've had to try and get this done has been ridiculous! My wife was on the phone all afternoon trying to get things sorted, it was painful!
