@christinedorrin   The login is the same as for the Community which you can obviously access.  Maybe there is a short term account access problem at SP which should be solved quite quckly so keep trying.

Can't log into the Scottish power app . Says I already have account but keeps dismissing it ,and can't get in to top up my smart meter which I've just had installed . .
And also I don't have a signal for the little monitor that says how much gas and electricity left in the meters . Can you help me solve the problems. Please ? Thanks colin
