It keeps coming up doesn’t recognise my details but I can log in through the actual web page ?

Me too absolutely useless. Sp emailed me requesting my meter readings. I can't do this. Then I get emails from them and they are blank

I add to change my email adress on the webpage, luckilly i had a nother adress I could use

I have the same problem but have found a workaround, hit log in then help/community then select top right and select My account then login now, not ideal but it works for me.

Having the same login issues here for no good reason, can log into website fine.

this really needs resolution.

I have recently moved into a new promise. I have arranged to receive the electricity service from your company. Since a week ago I received an email from your company to provide them with the meter reading. Unfortunately, I am still trying to access my account to perform this procedure without any progress. I want to know what is the problem and is there an alternative way to complete this requirement? I hope you reply as soon as possible due to the deadline is 4th of current October.

@HAMAHCITY35   Hi, you need to call customer services on 0800 027 0072. They will record your meter reading and set up your account.
