I have the same problem but have found a workaround, hit log in then help/community then select top right and select My account then login now, not ideal but it works for me.

I have recently moved into a new promise. I have arranged to receive the electricity service from your company. Since a week ago I received an email from your company to provide them with the meter reading. Unfortunately, I am still trying to access my account to perform this procedure without any progress. I want to know what is the problem and is there an alternative way to complete this requirement? I hope you reply as soon as possible due to the deadline is 4th of current October.
