firefox on pc. both fully updated. it just takes me back to the main screen.
Also why do i have to go through 4 screens to login. I shouldn't have to click "not interested" every single time, just to load a brand new page. This website is crap.
I can't even view my awful estimated bills. I can't get to the screen where the graphs are. I can't view my payments or anything. It's been like this for over a month now.
It has been approx 4months since i last used View Balance Bill, have phoned up twice and got the same
answer, technical problem there working on, this is not very good. I thing the number of people this as affected
should remember this when its time for the deals to run out. come one Scottish Power get your act together and get this sorted out.
I've been a customer of SP for 1 year now. In that time I've never been able to access my bills via their website.
Doesn't matter what operating system / browser I use... always same thing... click on bill section... URL temporarily changes, then reverts back again.
When I called their support team a ew months I was told that some users get this, and to try later.
I'm glad I didn't hold my breath.
