Cannot see anywhere to change my direct debit date and this was not asked for when the switch took place last week. Please change my date from the 26th of each month to the 1st of each month. If you try to take money out on the 26th it would be declined. Cannot afford to pay my old supplier and you in the same month.
@Evelynbrady37 It seems you can't do that onyour online account, but others have said they can with the app. try that. Other wise phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org
