I would like an update. We have a huge problem with our account and there have been different complaints raised over the past 12 months. Scottish power seem to be incapable of resolving. At what point do I need to get Ofgem involved!?!?!?

Scottish Power's complaints procedure is all outlined on the website. If a complaint is taking a long time to resolve you can ask them to do an internal review to find out why it can't be resolved. At 8 weeks (yes, 8 weeks...) you can take it out of their hands and go to the energy ombudsman - not Ofgem.

If you're a year in, something has gone seriously awry...
