Things seem to have improved for me (atthe moment); I can see consumption graphs. I know I shouldn't be that surprised having been told so many times that SP have been "... working hard to fix the problem", for so long.

But when I look at the dashboard, to get figures, I notice that the details are only shown every three months.

At least it's some progress.

Hopefully, my smart meter will be providing the advertised functionality too, before it's 2nd birthday...

only three months away now...

I've had the same this year. I could write a book on the issues I've had with scottish power and I've only been with them since september 2019 at the end of my patience now

Well here we are 2 years on and my graphs are not working either. Would it be asking too much to expect
SP's Customer Relations De ...no "person" , to scan these comments occasionally ...........and reply .
