Contact Centre - IMPOSSIBLE (complaint reference: 8309739336) and Great Customer Service

I spent 3 hours on Sat 06/11 to try to resolve an issue with lack of power at the house and have sent endless emails to their contactus@scottishpower.com email and CEO and Customer Service director without any contact by telephone to explain what they intend to do to resolve the lack of power at the property.

It is a statutory obligation to ensure that people are not left without power particularly in cold weather yet Scottish Power seem to think otherwise.

Not very happy customer!
