Re: Contacting Scottish Power

I had a call from ScottishPower about my meter reading, but the call dropped out and they didn’t call back. Does the messaging system work- it says ‘back in 30 minutes ‘ but my two attempts to place messages are unread after 24 and 17 hours

Re: Contacting Scottish Power

What staggers me about this company and its way of attending to problems and disputes is the total lack of embarrassment that this forum tries to show. It really is a company of faceless and feckless wonders. They take your money and run. HOW did it ever get an accolade  from Which?? OR who's pocket did they line to get it? Oh, just to get the story straight, should you wonder; I too have tried to get "stuff" sorted and  boy do the wheels of SP grind so slow. I can't wait for the end of my contract!!

Re: Contacting Scottish Power
Been on hold for 40 minutes to try and reach ombudsman team, finally someone answers and it's a different department - told me I was through to the citizens advice team and couldn't help me but could arrange a call back because citizens advice is taking the excess calls and promising to arrange a call back. I have been a customer for over 3 years and been promised call backs every time I have phoned... To date I haven't been called back once in 3 years. I asked to be put back in the queue as I had already spent 40 minutes and if I call back I have to go to the back of the queue. All I want is to speak to someone who can deal with my issues. You call scottish power in the morning and it's "high call volume" and an hour's wait... Call at lunch it's the same. Call in the evening just as bad. If you have a high call volume ALL DAY then hire more staff.

Re: Contacting Scottish Power

@Karolina   Hello, by the time you have asked SP to cancel your cheque and reissue it will be easier to go to a local bank and open a joint account, it is always handy to have a second bank account.
