other energy providers i'm with i've had not one bit of hassle or over charges. been amazing. any credit built up over the year refunded within a couple of days!!
can you please refund my account with all the credit as I have a smart meter and you should know the readings.

@mickb tell customer services not us. Your 12 month consumption is on page 2 of your bill. Start a transfer by applying to a new provider, any SP credit will be calculated automatically.
I changed my contract almost two months ago, in order to stick to another tariff than applied, and I am supposed to get a reward of £20 for that.
I am still waiting for getting this amount credited into my bank account.
You have to put a few pounds down to make a claim,
but that amount becomes part of the claim, you can also claim interest.
The interest helps reduce the pain of a supplier not making a refund in a timely manner.
