good luck claiming it back.

will never be using scottish power again, left them two years ago. been nothing but hassle and passed on. 

other energy providers  i'm with i've had not one bit of hassle or over charges. been amazing. any credit built up over the year refunded within a couple of days!!

can you please refund my account with all the credit as I have a smart meter and you should know the readings.
I will probably be switching suppliers so can you please also forward a full Statement of useage so i can use a price comparison site.]

@mickb  tell customer services not us.  Your 12 month consumption is on page 2 of your bill. Start a transfer by applying to a new provider, any SP credit will be calculated automatically.

Hello,

I changed my contract almost two months ago, in order  to stick to another tariff than applied, and I am supposed to get a reward of £20 for that.

I am still waiting for getting this amount credited into my bank account.
