Good day,I've been trying to put my meter reading on the website but for some reason it doesn't come up anymore but I used to be able to and now whenever I try it don't come up.i want to know if am the only one experiencing this or is it cause am on PAY AS YOU GO. thanks

@tyorkshire. Normally PAYG does not need meter readings because the supply is limited by the credit you input. If you really want to send a reading you can try 0800 027 0072.

Yea I understand but the truth is that number goes to voice mail after all the covid19 instructions on it finished chatting away and it cuts off automatically so I know there is no one at the end of the other line but a machine that has been programmed...I think when all this settles my best option is to switch supplier cause it's just too many problems with Scottish power don't you think.... thanks
