My daughter has had a lot of problems changing to another fuel company,threatening her with bailiffs ,she seems to think her account has been mixed up with a neighbour ,that has a family.Her bills were massive,she lives alone,had no boiler as it had broken down and could not afford to replace it.They promised her with a refund,it didn’t happen and they are still demanding payment.

Trying to keep my Warm Home response money

I am Pensioner and left Scottish power in January the refuse to pay me my  Warm Home Rsespone money which i am entitle to .. they wont even  make  a tranfer payment to my new supplier or send me a cheque in the post there nothing  but thiefs
