Ha Ha that is a good screen shot, we know SP's IT is a bit flaky, but this going too far.

Oh hell. Now I know that I have to be soo careful with this firm as I have always suspected that they employ silly people to run their IT systems. This one has to take the biscuit. Try to defend this, SP representative on here! Mind you the person involved might just have managed to input a yearly energy figure with an order of magnitude error but any system worth it's salt would have queried it.
