As the topic. I created an account over a week ago, and there is still information. Your account is still set up, please try again later. What should I do?

Hi @Marta8847, can I just check if you have just joined ScottishPower recently or have you been a customer for a number of months/years already?

Hi @Marta8847, it does seem like there may be an error in the set up of your account, I'd recommend you contact our customer service team who will be able to help you get this resolved.
