My electric has run out I was given a code to take to shop to top up was told they don’t do that I have to pay so try to ring again now is no one to speak to and I’m left with no power

We as customer should all boycott Scottish Power!!Let all staff dip themselves into North Sea cold water for their warmth over winter period.

Stop messing your customers for petty things??

Like meter reading>>> keeps you waiting and than fills up your email  when you have closed the chat.

No one to talk to on telephone>>>When some comes on a given phone number for SP >>.whene its not always them someone will call you back and thats it!! No one care to call back!!  

So reject Scottish Power!! The  Chief Executive  Officer simply blocks ours email?? He is not interested in what we have to say to him about SP that  he is incharge of a large public organizaation that pays him a fat cat salary!!
