Meter reading

Hi ive updated my meter readings online on the 7th march but my bill has not updated yet. Does it usualy take this long? Im new to scottish power. Thankyou .

Hi, from 7 March to 12 March is only two working days so something might happen this week. You should get an email confirmation. If not the reading might not have been accepted and you could ring 0800 027 0072.

Hi 

 

I wonder if anyone can help please?

My mums house has been empty for a couple of years now  as shes in a Nursing Home and I regularly provide online meter readings, However now and again Morrison Data Services pop a card through the door asking that I arrange an appointment with them. but contact Scottish Power to do this. I understand that meters have to be physically read every once in a while,

 

My question is can email Scottish Power in any shape or form to do this?

Hi Tony. MDS inspect meters for safety and tampering, you still have to input readings though.  The email for SP is contactus@scottishpower.com.
