My mums house has been empty for a couple of years now as shes in a Nursing Home and I regularly provide online meter readings, However now and again Morrison Data Services pop a card through the door asking that I arrange an appointment with them. but contact Scottish Power to do this. I understand that meters have to be physically read every once in a while,
My question is can email Scottish Power in any shape or form to do this?
