Meter readings

I recently sent my meter readings via the app but gave incorrect readingsThis has resulted in my monthly direct debit being increased by over £140 p.m this is on top of my present £92 p. M. Impossible to contact customer service by phone or e mail. How can I get these readings to read correctly.

@tonyt   You can try an email to contactus@scottishpower.com, also try using a Facebook message.

Meter readings are like sending someone money over the banking system, check them a lot before pressing 'send'

We have digital meter . I read the wrong numbers. But my account now reads as a massive debit, although it is nearly always in credit. It will need a “human” to adjust I assume as a computer cannot make a decision.
