So I moved house on May 21st and tried to take my Scottish Power account with me but apparently it didn't work, so far had to phone up and instead of transferring my account the assistant created a new dual fuel account for me.
But interestingly since then I have only a gas account and am only paying for gas....I mean, nice to have half price energy bills but have no way of telling if the account was properly set up or if I'm going to get a massive incorrect bill at some time in the future!
Anyone else come across this? Why is it so hard to just take a duel fuel account to another property?!

Still no luck. When I phone I get told the call centre is too busy. When I try to chat the chat is unavailable. How am I supposed to fix this? And why do I have to fix this?!
