Prepayment Questions - LOST TOPPED UP KEY

I lost my purse on way home which contained my topped up prepayment key - £10 credit. Ive already ordered a replacement key but will I get a refund for the unused credit?

You will have to ask SP, they might help, but it is like losing cash and you might have to put up with it and take the loss.

Presumeably, however, you must get a receipt when you top up which proves that the money was added to the key. Given, I assume, the key can’t be used by anyone else or can be cancelled so it can’t be used, wouldn’t SP be able to add the missing £10 to the new key?

Yes, you are correct ✔. Receipt was issued… .however, it was in said lost purse 😳

Ordered new key

I've just ordered a new key but how do i check that it has actually been oredered as i wasn't given an order number or anything. I oredered it for special delivery and clicked activate DRR so we just pay theough the meter.
