I have just wasted 50 minutes of my precious life to have my phone call disconnected. It is not the first time Scottish Power disconnects me or I waste my time because the adviser do not do what they say they will do.
Regarding the phone calls, I had to not dial my account number otherwise I would get disconnected directly. This time I got someone anwering about my account then she said she transfered me to another service and now 50 minutes waiting with this music and repeated messages before being disconnected.
I received a letter from Scottish Power saying they owe me £15.53. I have spent already enough time trying to have someone answering to close the account and then be refunded. Noone answers, nothing works, there is no way to have an adviser processing my refund. Do I need to take Scottish Power to court so someone answers and so Scottish Power does not steal my money?
I moved to a new place in September. In this new flat, I am not a tenant anymore, but a lodger. I do not need a new power supplier as my landlord takes care of it. I phoned Scottish Power several times in September and October to close my account. The account is closed but I still have not been refunded.
