SP advice is to Make the internet speed up

You really can't fault SP customer services, when I complained about the slow and dysfunctional website their helpful response was ....  " the error received is due to the slow internet and I would request you to contact your internet service provider also so that they can ....make the internet speed up."

I have emailed back and asked for the phone number and address of the internet so I can ask it to get a move on
