Help Please, My Smart Meter stopped working last night. It randomly reset and is now displaying dashes and a flashing WiFi icon. I went through the FAQs and followed the rest process but this did not work. Following an online chat I was advised it was a faulty meter. This bring me to my next question. I am a pay as you go customer and was advised to top up online. However, where can I see how much gas / electric I have outstanding as I was advised not to use the app. I can see a bill page but it does not make any sense to me being pay as you go.
