Do I need to register my new smart meter to my account?
When the engineer left I was a little distracted and swear that he said the way to register was in a pack of documents he handed to me.. These are just instructions for using the display and a general safety notice.
Do I need to register the device or is this already done?
@Lloyd87 You do not have to do anything, but it’s a good idea to check with customer services after a week or so and ask if they are receiving your readings from the smart meters. Also set your update frequency to ‘daily’ in your online account under personal details.
