Smart gas meter

Why am I been asked for a meter reading when I have a smart meter installed (27/09/2017) and so why am I still getting estimated bills?

Hi @Bainzy, it sounds like there may be an error in your gas smart meter communicating with our billing system.  If you contact our customer service team they should be able to help you get this issue resolved.
