Smart meter fitted in February but usage still not showing in my account

Until a couple of weeks ago I was able to view my  usage  in both the mobile app and WebUI, but this seems to have stopped working.  Is there an issue with the App or my Smart Meter?

This is frequently reported, have a look through the commmunity for answers.

Mine has been fitted 7 years and still not shown on my account!

@Rupert57. I didn’t think smart meters had been going 7 years. I would be very worried if you have not had an actual reading for 7 years, you should send one in ASAP. Be prepared for a bill or a refund. SP can only go back 12 months for back billing.
