Smart meter not providing live smart usage

My smart usage has not been updated for a few months. Every time I access the site or app I get the followig message:

We're having trouble retrieving the consumption from your smart meter. We're working hard to get this fixed. Please try again later

This makes it perfetcly useless as a way to monitr my usage habits and make positive changes. Please advise on how to fix this issue

Log in online and in your account details set the smart meters to update every half hour then they will probably work better.

That same error message has been coming up for months.  Clearly they are not working very hard to fix it at all.  Don't hold your breath expecting to be able to see your live usage any time soon.

Same here -been 10 months now.

It seems SP can read my smart meter consumption, as they are billing me correctly, and moving my direct debit up and down based on it.

But I myself cannot.

At least they've partially corrected the error message!
