Hi @deaffy, it is normal for your in home display and your bills/online account consumption graphs to differ sightly . This is because your in home display does not show your cost of energy consumption including VAT.
Good luck with that. Its been near 4 weeks now that I have had the same problem and have finally had an e-mail to say that 'its complicated' and is taking time to resolve. However, they also made a promise at the outset that the problem would be fixed in 14 days - it wasnt - plus an assurance that the meter was providing then with fully up to date readings of gas usage - it isnt.
So - I am not holding my breath for an early resolutuon.
I thin the ral problem is that no one at Scottish Gas understands th eproblem nor do they have the ability to fix it. Also - the Complaints unit seems to be in a total mess - with different meassages coming out from different people!
