Support for Vulnerable customers

I have just signed up to ScottishPower on a new Tariff. I am a vulnerable customer but cannot see how to check that my details have been carried over. How should I update my account as it is not clear to me.

Hi @LMHutton, firstly welcome to ScottishPower Smiley Happy ! Our customer service team will be able to ensure that your account is up to date and reflects your vulnerable status.  I'd advise you give them a call on 0800 027 0072 and they will be able to help you.
