Switched from dual to single rate against my will

My fixed deal was coming to an end so I switched to a new one in April using Uswitch. Now I've noticed that standard and control rates are the same. The metering is Comfort Plus Control. Uswitch say because old and new tarrifs are with same supplier there should be no need to discuss metering but it looks like it's gone wrong in this case. Not sure if the CV-19 restrictions regarding contact are still in place... any suggestions?

Dear me SP errors again, you can ring 0800 027 0072. The customer service is getting back to normal slowly

I've been switched from duel fuel payment to single payment. Its confused me because I dont get payed till every 2 wks and I was paying on the app for both electric and the gas now I cant I've got to pay for them separately..but it's not possible for me to pay this way.
