This is a perpetual problem that ScottishPower seem determined to ignore. The only solution is to make a complaint and then report your meter readings within your complaint letter or email. I’m one step away from uswitch and writing to the chief executive

My daughter passed away with a brain tumour so I am staying with my sister and family in East Ham for a while

Hi, has anyone found out how to do this yet. I'm to a new customer and the app won't accept my readings just says error

Same here.
My welcome pack said to submit by 26th Oct. I'm thinking that could be it or a technical issue.

I'm the same, though I did send them via email to them on 13th October so I'm assuming they are going by these submitted ones?!

Me too. I am being transferred from Tonic and a reading is requested.

Not great when it's a new company taking over and nothing works. The website is a mess too.
