Suppose to be switching account since July but nothing yet plus direct debit is set up but not taken payments really bad used call back on customer services 4 hours later rung back then asked to press 1 and was cut off 😡

Good morning l am unable to enter the Gas metre readings am in the process of switching over from British gas and to be honest l have gone days without any Gas supply because every time l try to top they taking money for a standing balance of £69 which l am not responsible for may you please help...l don't mind working and having a plan with Scottish power can't stand British Gas ...l have young children and Elderly person during winter and these people don't have remorse to be honest...the current metre reading is "01071.602" l will Thank you in advance for your most favourable response. God Bless you...

Hi, I'm also currently in the process of switching and can't submit gas or electric meter readings.

@LisaM @MRZULU    New customers are asked to give the first readings direct to customer services, after that the internet reading service will work.  The phone number is 0800 027 0072.   email is    contactus@scottishpower.com  

SP do not read this forum, so you have to contact customer services.
