Hi

I have a smart meter provided by a previous supplier, you have asked for meter readings I have tried to provide as shown on the meter , just keep getting message . Something has gone wrong

@Superles   New customers are asked to send the first meter reading to customer services, after the first you can use the app or intermet.  0800 027 0072

As discussed with Scottish power I am unable to do a meter reading due to ill health and I still haven't heard back

The app is pointeless and the website broken. Besides having my new account messed up. I wanted a dual supply  account (gas and electricity) and they ended up with giving me 2 accounts. BS!!

Moreover, both on the app, my electricity meter reading is 04483, and the app errors out with "Should be 5 numbers long and include a leading zeros. WTF??? This is what I read from the elecricity reader!!

How many zeros you want!??!?!

I’m having the same issue regarding trying to submit meter readings. Very annoying!
