I have a smart meter provided by a previous supplier, you have asked for meter readings I have tried to provide as shown on the meter , just keep getting message . Something has gone wrong
The app is pointeless and the website broken. Besides having my new account messed up. I wanted a dual supply account (gas and electricity) and they ended up with giving me 2 accounts. BS!!
Moreover, both on the app, my electricity meter reading is 04483, and the app errors out with "Should be 5 numbers long and include a leading zeros. WTF??? This is what I read from the elecricity reader!!
How many zeros you want!??!?!
