Customer service people....Most of them are working from Home I was told 😕. So why have I not had any reply from the 6 emails I’ve sent them since March😕😕..They have our money so why aren’t the giving us it? The Dwap have already paid them it months ago😱...what are youse up to ScottishPower? It’s disgraceful they are allowed to use the coronavirus as an excuse for not paying people their money when we know customer service staff are working from home so no staff shortage at all😡😡
