Thank you to the young lady that rang last night, depsite me being in all morning awaiting a call, she gave me a telephone number to get through to DWP to apply directly.
Sadly, the number she gave was of no use whatsoever and I am still being penalised due to the failure of a member of Scottish Power staff to carry out the transfer of my account with all the previously enjoyed benefits!
£140 costing to old aged pensioners on a tight budget with no enjoyable Christmas in the pipeline.
I shall be seeking recompense for this, I believe I have a case for the Company to show some compassion and award this money, as it was NOT my fault!

this sounds to me that its the typical company ethos
sorry its not our fault and you should have houndrd us to get it resolved in time
why is it that all the major companies not just SP have a total disregard/disdain fortheir customers
Its always someone elses fault and no-one will take a lead and investigate and rectify aproblem
