@Cyn62 I copied this from an earlier post
The April to October standard variable rate is Gas 7.37p and Electric 28.34p
From October 2022 to April 2023 this will increase to about Gas 10.8p and Electric 41.6p
current thinking is slightly higher from October, maybe 12p and 45p
