@kali19915 Sorry to say you probably lost the WHD because you switched supplier before receiving it. You could chase up your old supplier and ask them to transfer the payment to your Scottish Power account. ( you are not with SSE, that is a different company, you are with SP)
@mazi Yes it is a nuisance, you would think they could send out invitations to apply to those who'd received it last year. It will probably be around September when they start applications again this year.
