Had to cancel smart meter appointment, phoned uo at 8.09 am, after the usual speil.  answered at 8.11 am. It was answered by a lady from Warrington. She delt with my  enquiry to my satisfaction.   I am feeling blessed. So you can get through to SP after all.  Well if they do turn up even if they said on my account that they can't install in my area yet. i wont be in, lol.
