new tarriff has not started

My new tarriff does not appear to have been completed since February I am on the old tarriff and now forced to pay by cash even theough the direct debit was set up at the time

Have been continually trying to sort this Account number

Does now one work for ScottishPower any longer this must be one off the longest complaint with no answer in sight.
 
Hi Lost count of people looking into this problem.
 
Surely you have all the information requested to change my tariff and refund me any overpaid money.
 
At last reading +£129.88
 
 
Can we please get to a agreeable solution and let me get on with my life in isolation without any additional worries.
 
 
This all started. On 10th February. When I received the wrong advice.

Refurbished meter. Reading. 12734. When installed
 
 
Installed on the 13/03/2020.

As of 10 February 2020, your personal projection (est. annual cost) for your ScottishPower Super Saver April 2021 B3 plan is £315.52. This is based on consumption figures of 1900 kWh for electricity.

This wasn’t the cheapest. E.on was.
 
 
I am a loyal customer off ScottishPower for many years and agree on excepting ScottishPower Super Saver April 2021 B3 the above plan.
 
 
Hopefully this can be implemented Quickly.
