@IMNOTACUSTOMER  Try an email to contactus@scottishpower.com      As an ex customer you can post on the community and probably have not yet been taken of mass email lists.

I am unable to reply to your email of 11 February 2020, please note this is part of a dispute complaint ref 8188049034.  So will not be making a payment. the account 1608842371 show closed on my account.

how can i contact you so that i can sort out my account and set payments that cant be taken online monthly automatically and also to discusseg. can i do on chat or by phoning someone

Having tried to contact Scottish power byt chat and by phone - the number given is unobtainable - I find myself as the customer completely frustrated with this company.

I tried calling numerous times to be told the lines are to busy so try again later. I then decided to try online to chat to someone and they have not responded at all with any information that is useful regarding my tariff. I was told they would notify me on the app but no such thing.
