Re: solar panels

hi @geoff, If you click on this link it will take you to the Feed-in Tariff homepage - https://www.scottishpower.co.uk/energy-efficiency/energy-efficiency-toolkit/feed-in-tariff/ from here you can click on the button which says enter meter readings.

The Feed-in tariff page link can also be found on the ScottishPower homepage – if you scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click Feed-in Tariff, it will also take you.

Hi @chris-f, this is the link here https://www.scottishpower.co.uk/energy-efficiency/energy-efficiency-toolkit/feed-in-tariff/

Re: solar panels

Yes, I accept that is the link - but it’s not on the Home Page as far as I can see. In fact it’s not anywhere as a link on the site, and I shouldn’t have to rely upon theCommunity Help Pages (or Google - which is what I actually used) to help me find it

Re: solar panels

@chris-f   You are right the FIT link is not on the phone version of the home page, you have to look on a tablet or laptop. Bit of an error there by SP, a good idea for you is to bookmark the link

Re: solar panels

@Payney46    When you change supplier the FIT does not automatically change, you have to continue to enter the FIT reading to your original supplier. Don't cancel it because new FIT accounts are not allowed since March 2019.
