wrong bill

you give me a e-mail to my mailbox:
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve chosen to leave ScottishPower. Your final electricity bill for the period 17th June 2019 to 20th August 2019 is now ready and the amount due for payment is £17.85.
 
I am a tenant who stayed in this house on August 21, 2019. I have to pay the electricity bill from August 21, 2019 to September 30, 2019. Please split this part for me! Thank you! I will inform the landlord to pay the electricity bill from 17 June  to 21 August !

I move to this house on (78 Admiral Court RG1 6SS) on 30 Nov 2019. I have switch my electricity supply to another provider Tonik Energy  from 6 January 2020. Upto 5 January 2020, I have provide the meter reading to Tonik Enery, which was communicated to Scottich power. I have received many bills without name in month of Jan, Feb and March. Finally, I receive bill with my name. The bill has few error, which need to be correct. The bill period should be 30 November 2019 to 5 January 2020. The electricity charges and meter reading is correct, but day rate charges are incorrect which are for 97 days. Please can you correct number of days for day rate charge. As per my working total days 37 days (from 30 Nov 2019 to 5 January 2020) instead of 97 days. And bill date will be 30 Nov 2019 to 5 Jan 2020 instead of 1 Dec 2019 to 6 March 2020.

Please can you correct the bill and send me again, so, I can pay the bill on time.

@Muhammad   The Community cannot help you, you need to tell SP customer services when their service returns to normal.
