Is your tariff coming to an end?

Here's what happens next

We'll be in touch by email or letter around 6 weeks before your tariff ends. We'll let you know what happens next, and help you choose our best available deal for you. If you are an online customer, we'll also post a message on your online account inbox, to let you know about the next steps. Please see the table below for further information.

Tariffs ending

31st May

Your tariff ended on 31st May 2021. Unless you’ve selected another tariff, or switched supplier, we’ll move you automatically to our Standard tariff from 1st June 2021.

30th June 

Log in to your online account or refer to your recent email from us to find out what happens next.

31st July

We’ll contact you approximately 6 weeks before your tariff ends.

Change your tariff

If you don’t choose a new tariff, or change supplier, when your tariff comes to an end we’ll automatically transfer you to our Default tariff.

Managing your account online

If you don't have an online account with us, we'd recommend registering to ensure you receive the latest information on your account.


I can't find my letter or email - what should I do?

Please check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't locate it log in to your online account to see a message from us detailing what happens next.
